I have a very special place in my heart for these two. Kira is the niece of one of my and Ryan’s very best friends, Frank (who was the best man in our wedding). There’s always a little added pressure when you’re photographing someone referred by a close friend, but we became fast friends and I was counting down until their big day! Kira did something that no bride has ever done before – she consulted with me about her entire wedding day timeline and chose her ceremony time based on my suggestions. She also gave me a whole HOUR of portrait time for them and the bridal party at the beach – the hour leading into sunset! It was perfection and I just felt so blessed to have clients who trust me to make the best images possible for them. There’s also something very magical about sunsets on the gulf! I was in heaven!! They didn’t do a First Look, but to make up for it we had a Glam Session the very next morning and even got a little wet in the ocean!

We had an intruder! This dog kept coming to visit and sat for a couple group pictures, but I loved everyone’s reaction when he went running away!
I loved the girls’ dresses from JCrew! They were all different styles but the color tied them together, nice touch!
This is my new favorite groomsmen shot. Totally different than what I usually do, but I think that’s why I love it!

These pictures are BEAUTIFUL!! The sunset on the beach was so pretty and the lighting was perfect! Even though I was cold while we were shooting the bridal party on the beach it was very much worth it, I cannot wait to see the rest!!!!!!
