I got right back to work when I got home from Vegas! Friday afternoon I met up with Leslie and Justin for their engagement session. We started at a fun park on the river and ended up at this fun little strip of shops and just ran around and explored. We had some good finds! I can’t wait for their wedding in November, it’s going to be at the new and improved Jacksonville Zoo! They told me ahead of time that neither of them liked having their picture taken, but I was up to the challenge and think we all ended up having fun! Here’s your sneak peek and I’ll have the rest up soon!

This reminds me of when I was in school and we had to “cross-process” a roll of slide film to see how it made the colors all weird:
So, I wanted one more cool setting before we wrapped things up. We came across this empty bar with a pool table and I asked them if they’d feel comfortable playing. They said “sure” and racked the balls. After a bit I realize, Justin knows what he’s doing! Turns out they’re both on a pool LEAGUE! What I thought was just a fun backdrop turned out to be something that really showcased their personal lives. Love when that happens….
Yep, you guessed it! Their wedding date is 11.7.09! They’re lucky it wasn’t the 5th because Justin had already knocked that ball in. 🙂

I can’t figure out which picture is my favorite! The one where Leslie is lounging on the tree, the first one in front of the graffiti, or the ones playing pool. You really captured THEM! What a unique photographer.
