Easton turns 3 (& a little bit of Amelia too)

Is this how it’s going to be from now on? One birthday after the next when it feels like only a few months have passed? I’m not sure I can take it….but once again, I’m compiling a birthday post for this sweet little boy who stole our hearts 3 years ago. His third year has brought about so much change between nailing potty training, talking up a storm, big boy bed, and becoming a big brother. We got to make several visits to San Diego again this year, which I’m always grateful for. Here’s a few highlights from the year:

A visit in February and Valentine roses from this little guy. We were also taking pregnancy announcement photos for Sarah:

July at Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles. A surprise trip for Sarah’s 30th birthday, and also time to do her maternity portraits!

Seems like just a normal shot (in a shirt Sarah wasn’t thrilled that he was wearing….), but this is the last picture of Easton as an only child. Sarah was heading to the hospital to meet Amelia and Aunt KiKi got to babysit for a couple of days!

The BEST investment I made for our wedding day was definitely booking Kylene and Ryan Studios! It was such a blessing to have you both there to capture all of the PERFECT moments of that day. You all made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and all around were pleasant to be around.

I am not the greatest when it comes to taking pictures and knowing what I might like but they knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t. I would highly recommend them for every event.

BONUS: they were amazing with our nephew. He is autistic. He was our ring-bearer and was having a difficult day, which isn’t unexpected for a day like that. Could not recommend enough.
