Annie-Kate and Matt | 12.20.14 Woman’s Club of Tallahassee Wedding

I’m not going to go so far as to say “fate” brought us together with these two…but there was definitely some divine intervention! Annie-Kate’s mom called us the Sunday before their wedding in quite the panic because their booked photographer had just cancelled on them. We were able to meet with them that afternoon to iron out some details, and saw them a few days later on their wedding day. We had to rearrange a portrait session, but other than that, we were available. Good stuff people…..

We quickly realized how much fun they were, and that they were also surrounded by an amazing group of family and friends. You can’t ask for much more on your wedding day! Thanks for putting your trust in us on such short notice you guys, we had an awesome time!

When I saw their cake I couldn’t help but smile, and then asked Annie-Kate the “story” behind behind the sharks. She just shrugged and said, “I like sharks!” And then I knew we could be best friends…..cause I love sharks too!

They had a few surprises for their first dance. I love the looks from some of the bridal party!

The BEST investment I made for our wedding day was definitely booking Kylene and Ryan Studios! It was such a blessing to have you both there to capture all of the PERFECT moments of that day. You all made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and all around were pleasant to be around.

BONUS: they were amazing with our nephew. He is autistic. He was our ring-bearer and was having a difficult day, which isn’t unexpected for a day like that. Could not recommend enough.
