This wedding had been on our calendar for TWO YEARS! Amanda and Ryan go way back, and we were very flattered when she contacted us to photograph her wedding the minute she got engaged. Those two years dragged on forever….and then all of a sudden, we were heading to the airport to spend the weekend with this fun bunch.
And what a fun bunch they were! (I’ve even added a few bridal party members as Facebook friends-Hi Peg and Rick!) We got to enjoy an amazing meal at their rehearsal dinner, and even got to sit down to enjoy dinner at the wedding (thank goodness, because my life will never be the same after that crab cake!)
With a gorgeous church ceremony, and incredible party on their farm property, it was an amazing day. And that may be the reason this blog post is so long…there are a lot of fun images. On with it!

Their rings on Steve’s dad’s old typewriter. There was something really special about Amanda getting ready at their house with all these personal touches:
My favorite bouquet shot ever, hands down:
Gotta have pictures with the pups!
The First Look never disappoints:
Amanda about to head down the aisle with her brother, Blaise:
Loving their “Unplugged” ceremony:
One of my favorite candid shots ever…just a moment in between moments:
They named each table after horses that had lived on their farm at one point in time:
The tractor filled with hydrangeas might be my favorite detail ever!
The band was electric and had everyone on the dance floor ALL night:
A little rain shower came through and we were rewarded with a rainbow!
We love our champagne flute favor!
There was just a tad of dancing:
Steve’s son gave a funny (but heartfelt) toast, and Peg was just plain funny:
Do you SEE the competition happening back there?
Ryan made me pose with the rainbow. 😉
This…is us having too much fun. But when you fly to a wedding, you want to spend as much time with your buddies as possible. So Ryan’s beverage is “off the clock” and we stayed awhile longer to capture the fireworks and sparklers. 😉 Thanks for treating us like family you guys. Enjoy your sneak peek!
