This wedding was so fun and sweet in every way! I came to meet Melissa because she was a bridesmaid in Beth’s wedding (see post below of pregnant Beth). 🙂 She brought Eric to Beth’s wedding as her date and even though it was early on in their relationship, she told me then to expect a call when she started planning her wedding to him. They have a true “love at first sight” story, and despite a couple hiccups setting a date due to Eric’s military career, they finally picked May 19!

The weather was beautiful, the bride wore her mother’s wedding dress, friends and family gathered and partied the night away. It was perfect.

I loved the display of all their families wedding pictures, and in the middle is a frame with the note that Eric passed to her the night he first saw her. It says, “Hi, I’m Eric. I figured if I didn’t write you I’d never see you again. Hope to hear from you”…then the digits! Good job Eric!
