These two are very special to me! I have known Susie and Chris since high school and can’t believe that in July I’ll be photographing their nuptials! (I don’t think Susie can believe it either!) It’s always a flattering thing when someone decides they want you to document their wedding day, and I think it’s even more flattering when your close friends want you to! I love being a guest at a friends’ wedding, but often find myself wishing I had my own camera and could take charge. 🙂
With such a short engagement, Susie wanted to move quickly on Save the Date postcards. They live in Jacksonville and I was making a visit but didn’t have time for a full-blown engagement session, so they came to visit me at my mom’s house so we could get a few shots for their cards. I think I need to shoot at my mom’s more often! I love how they turned out! There’s not quite as many as a usual post, but we literally took these in about 15 minutes time. I think Susie has a glow about her that only someone in love has! Love you guys!!
