Everyone at this wedding kept asking if Diane and I were friends. “We’re friends NOW!” I would respond! After only meeting Diane and Jacob a few weeks ago, I feel like we formed a quick bond and I felt like family at their wedding last weekend. That’s one of the best compliments I can receive. Several times during the day I found myself having to choke back tears – yes, this may sound cheesy – but it was totally true. They wrote their own vows and when Diane started to recite hers I literally had to put my hand over my mouth to keep from breaking out in a sob. They were THAT good. 🙂
A big thanks to my good friend Beth for helping me at this wedding! We spent about an hour on the beach but the rest of the time we were working hard.
