Good morning everyone! Is anyone else feeling the slight coolness in the air like I am? I couldn’t be more excited! Fall is almost here! I’m obsessed with everything pumpkin….flavored, scented, carving actual pumpkins….yippee! I didn’t have time to carve a pumpkin last year for Halloween, but I’m thinking we need to have some kind of contest this year. So start planning….
The thing I’m loving this week is something that makes my life easier! Cheryl’s Groom ‘n Go is a mobile dog grooming service that comes right to my driveway to groom my cute little pup, Ally. I’ve been letting her hair grow out so I can put it in a bow, and everyday I brush her and pick out a cute new bow to stick in her hair. She hates it….like crazy. But there’s only so much I can do on my own, so when she starts to get a little scraggly, I call Cheryl and she comes on over to give Ally the full workup!

Here’s Ally in various stages – 1. first is what she looks like everyday before I brush her – 2. then after I brush her myself – 3. but then the final is after Cheryl gets ahold of her. She’s all trimmed up and smells AMAZING! Not just for a dog, but she smells good in general!
This is just how convenient this service is – I can sit at my (messy) desk which is at the front of the house, and the van is just steps away in the driveway! (we’ve been redecorating a bit, and while I couldn’t find pink and brown curtains, I was still able to find polka dots! I already had the green and brown polka dotted gallery wrap of the twins so it matches perfectly! Also notice my funky green rug above that I photographed Ally on….I love it!)
