Never thought those words would come from my lips: “Exercise is fun again!” But it is! A couple weeks ago we finally bought a Wii for Rylie’s 11th birthday. (yes, we’ll have a middle schooler in the house, any tips are much appreciated!) I knew when we got a Wii that I’d want the Wii Fit to go with it. Well, I’m proud to say I’ve already lost 3 pounds using this thing! It is soooo much fun! It’s also really convenient because it’s right in my living room, but I can still get in strength training, some yoga and other fun activities that tone you up without you even knowing it!
My favorites so far are the Ski Jump, which I’ve already attained “Champion” status on, and I finally unlocked the Boxing which is super fun too! I must look like a complete dork hula hooping at warp speed in my pajamas, but I’m a girl of convenience. And this is IT!!
Click HERE to watch a little demo of the Ski Jump. My high score is 180 meters! Can anyone beat that? 🙂
On a note completely opposite of fitness, I still have to proclaim my love of cupcakes! For the Boudoir Bash last weekend I got a dozen from CamiCakes in Jacksonville and they were a hit! Everyone waited til they were done with their shoot and then rewarded themselves with a yummy cupcake. If you haven’t visited CamiCakes you must check it out! They’re my color scheme soulmate, you walk in and the whole place is pink and brown! I think my favorites are the CinnaSwirl and the Pineapple Toasted Coconut. Take a look!
Happy Thursday!

I’m going to have to stop into CamiCakes next time I’m in Jax. And I so want a Wii Fit.

Please tell me you’ve been to Lucy & Leo’s Cupcakes on Thomasville Rd across the street from Manor at Midtown? If not, drop what you’re doing and go get a red velvet cupcake! You’ll thank me! 🙂

I haven’t been to Lucy and Leo’s yet…let’s plan a date! 🙂 I have heard about it but they didn’t have cute pictures of their cupcakes on their site.
