We were so excited to meet Sam and Eduardo a few months ago for their engagement session, and knew their wedding would be something special! By some crazy stroke of unluck (is that a thing?) we had never gotten to work with Robin of Simply Entertaining. Let me tell you, there is nothing simple about what she does or the event she put on! Pair her up with our friend Terri Smith Details, and they designed a wedding fit for two kings. It was a gorgeous and perfect event! While we may not have had a fluffy white dress to photograph, or all of the other goings-on when you have a bride, it allowed us to show up and jump to the couples’ portraits within 30 minutes. I would be lying if I said it wasn’t awesome!! We got to explore the property around Sam’s parent’s home and maybe even stepped over a barbed wire fence for some of those. Because we had so much portrait time, I have chosen a ton of them to share – sorry not sorry for the picture overload you’re about to witness!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for welcoming us in, and allowing us to photograph such a special day for you all. We love you!

We pulled them to the front dining room because the light was so pretty up there!
Portrait overload, but you’ll thank me for it!
Even though we had two grooms, we still had lots of lovely bouquets from Missy for all the girls!
Terri’s French Cane Back chairs were perfect!
Prepare for picture overload of this ceremony!
This might be my favorite of all time, forever and ever:
Oops maybe this one is my favorite…don’t make me pick!
We have been good friends with Terri Smith for over a decade. To see her business grow and flourish and see her in her element, is a sight to behold! She ran around this tent like a little fairy sprinkling her pixie dust everywhere (although she refers herself to a Jedi Details Master, not a fairy):
These florals from Missy Gunnels!
No reception would be truly fit for a king without this throne from EP Luxe! The gorgeous, mirrored table is also from their arsenal:
Literally the only detail they wrote down on their list to be photographed was their custom cake cutters!
Inevitably a drink gets dropped on every dance floor, but everyone pitched in to clean it up!
Who needs a plate when you have your fingers? Nothing went to waste! 😉
I couldn’t resist posting these pics of Ryan and Robin of Simply Entertaining enjoying a little dancing!
Thanks for an awesome day you two!
