Mary & Devin | 7.22.17 The Edison, Tallahassee, Florida

We met Mary when she was a bridesmaid in an awesome wedding we photographed almost 2 years ago – and then spent 3 days with her on a cruise ship for that wedding (thanks Darcie!) We’re always thankful when we get to work with fun people again at their own weddings, and were so glad when Mary contacted us. It was easy to see why she was head-over-heels for Devin – we met with them at our studio over coffee and bagels and I think we talked for 2 hours! Mary called me later that day to run through some more details and we talked for another hour. They are just real, down-to-earth, genuine people, and we had a blast on their wedding day. It was no fuss, huge group hanging out at their house while they got ready (but no official bridal party), they walked each other down the aisle, and then back up the aisle after their kiss. No fussy traditional stuff, just awesome food at The Edison and dancing all night while their friends’ band played. Let’s do it again next weekend guys!

The BEST investment I made for our wedding day was definitely booking Kylene and Ryan Studios! It was such a blessing to have you both there to capture all of the PERFECT moments of that day. You all made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and all around were pleasant to be around.

I am not the greatest when it comes to taking pictures and knowing what I might like but they knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t. I would highly recommend them for every event.

BONUS: they were amazing with our nephew. He is autistic. He was our ring-bearer and was having a difficult day, which isn’t unexpected for a day like that. Could not recommend enough.
