This is the third year in a row we’ve had a wedding on May 25! First on a Friday, then Saturday, and now Sunday. There’s just something special about that date, because we always have the best weddings (am I right, Reva and Andrew, Colby and Andy?) 😉 We enjoyed our time with Ashley and James before the wedding for their engagement session, and I felt like I got to know James more than most other grooms because HE was the organizer and emailer extraordinaire. We have countless emails sent between the two of us. It’s a little insane. But I’m not complaining, because come wedding day, we were all old friends. I even rode with Ashley from the getting ready house to the wedding venue, just the two of us. Good times.
These two had an awesome team of vendors to make their day beautiful! There’s lots more coming soon you guys, and I’ll be posting these same images on Facebook in the next few days. But for now, enjoy them on the blog!
(most vendors below are hyperlinked, just hover over their names. sometimes the blue link doesn’t show up)

My dear friend Jenifer…she nails it every time!
Ashley made these super cute boutonnieres all on her own!
Totally digging the suspenders…
Time for the First Look!
We won’t discuss how James had to get stitches the day of his own wedding from hanging lanterns in these trees….no, we won’t discuss that. (what a trooper) 😉
Ashley shared with me how they used her Grandma’s old window pane for their menu decor. She passed away earlier this year and it was a sweet way to remember her at the wedding, along with their favorite shared color of purple, which was everywhere. <3
We love adding coozies to our collection!
Gotta share some cupcake love with Aeval!
Having a caricature artist at the reception was one of the coolest things! Everyone sat and waited patiently for theirs…and I’m thrilled to say we even got one of us at the end of the night. I’m planning to frame it…it’s seriously awesome. Thanks for that treat you guys!
Who says storm clouds on your wedding day are bad?
We had a blast you two! Thanks for an awesome day!
