Brittany and Brad’s wedding day was a very special date for a lot of reasons. Brittany’s grandfather passed away a few years ago, and she chose his birthday to have her wedding on. It also happened to be my 30th birthday. 😉 I couldn’t think of a better place to be on a “big” birthday than spending it with these two beautiful families. Brittany put a lot of effort into planning a relaxed day with lots of personalized details, and we loved being able to capture everything for them! Her dress was one of the most beautiful I have seen in a long time, not to mention her cathedral length veil with new monogram embroidered on it.

Having her makeup done by friend Tiffany:
Brittany made a church preschool room look like a million bucks!
This shot that Ryan got makes me a little teary eyed…we kind of tricked Brittany and had her walk out to do a surprise “first look” with her dad before she saw Brad. I love this shot that came from that:
Brad got Brittany a beautiful pearl bracelet as a wedding gift:
Ryan always has fun hanging with the guys, and I always have fun going through the silly shots that he gets!
Both families were so sweet so I wanted to include pictures of everyone on the blog:
The candy table had their favorite rock candy, as well as homemade treats by Brittany’s grandmother Georgia:
Centerpieces handmade by friend Cindy Wilson:
Brittany’s friend Danielle Figueroa made these decorations, as well as the “Sweet Beginnings” plate on the candy table:
I wish I could take credit for these gorgeous images….but they’re Ryan’s. Guess that’s why we make a good team (even if I do get jealous that I didn’t think of certain shots first!) 🙂
Brittany kept saying she wanted a sparkler shot “like Cinderella” and for the life of me I couldn’t remember exactly what reference she was talking about. So we played around with the sparklers and got some cool shots – then today it hit me what she was talking about! I think we got pretty close, don’t you Brittany? 🙂
I pretty much always look short, but no one has ever made Ryan look short like Brad did! 🙂 Thanks for a great day you guys, everything was perfect!
