Keri & Jake | 11.10.12 Gin Creek Plantation

This wedding had been a long time coming. And not just the usual 6-12 months that we wait after our clients hire us – Keri and I go way back. To our freshmen years at UCF in Orlando. We both got hired on as seasonal photographers with Bob Knight Photo and shot graduations during the busy season. We left Orlando but managed to keep in touch – but Keri was tough to keep up with at times. She was busy. Busy working her booty off at school and becoming a nurse anesthetist. That’s when she met Jake. I’ve never seen this girl happier. It was truly a joy to hear her talk about their relationship, and even more wonderful when I met him for their engagement session. Bottom line – they’re nuts about each other. It’s awesome. And their wedding was beautiful and perfect in every way. Love you guys!!

We knew that we’d have some time at this cotton field with the perfect light…so glad it worked out that way cause they are my favorites!

Keri and Maid of Honor, Jessica, handmade these grapevine centerpieces. With over 30 to make it was quite a project!

Such beautiful salad displays in little martini glasses!

We stole them for a few shots after they left the reception. I think it was worth it. 😉

The BEST investment I made for our wedding day was definitely booking Kylene and Ryan Studios! It was such a blessing to have you both there to capture all of the PERFECT moments of that day. You all made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and all around were pleasant to be around.

Kylene and Ryan are the worlds best photographers! Not only did I love every picture they took but they also were great to work with. I am not the greatest when it comes to taking pictures and knowing what I might like but they knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t. I would highly recommend them for every event.

BONUS: they were amazing with our nephew. He is autistic. He was our ring-bearer and was having a difficult day, which isn’t unexpected for a day like that. Could not recommend enough.
