What I’ve been up to | Portland Bound!

Hey folks! I’ve been too busy to stop and blog! My husband and I hit the road a week ago to photograph high school graduations – we shot 14 in 5 days to be exact (about 9,000 students). Today was the first day I had some down time and it felt great to do absolutely nothing! 🙂 Graduation photography is in another world from what I usually shoot, but it gives me a chance to travel around with Ryan. I started working for his company almost 9 years ago, ever since I was a freshman in college! There’s not as many opportunities to be creative, but I took a few seconds to capture some fun images of a graduate and thought I’d share. I’ve got to stay sharp on my skills!

We’re heading to Portland, Oregon tomorrow for more graduations but I’m sure I’ll be able to photograph some more fun stuff to post! Hope you’re all having a great week!

The BEST investment I made for our wedding day was definitely booking Kylene and Ryan Studios! It was such a blessing to have you both there to capture all of the PERFECT moments of that day. You all made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the lens and all around were pleasant to be around.

I am not the greatest when it comes to taking pictures and knowing what I might like but they knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t. I would highly recommend them for every event.

BONUS: they were amazing with our nephew. He is autistic. He was our ring-bearer and was having a difficult day, which isn’t unexpected for a day like that. Could not recommend enough.
