I had a super busy week last week!  After the workshop in Gainesville I headed further south so I could meet up with my great friends Rick and Stacey.  They’ve been engaged for a little while now but it took us forever to find a date that worked with everyone’s schedules!  It was nice to explore new places as I have never shot in Orlando before.  I can’t wait for their wedding in October at the Sawgrass Marriott in Jacksonville!

A quick fact about these two – back in the day when I was a freshman in college at UCF, Rick hired me to work for Bob Knight Photo.  Through the course of that job I met, fell in love with and married Ryan.  🙂  Stacey also worked for Bob Knight and we became quick friends, so when all us friends decided to fall in love it just turned into a big mushy place to work!  8 years later I’m still doing a bit of work with Ryan for Bob Knight, who does mostly graduations.  Just thought you might like a bit ‘o history!  How ironic that I got to photograph the guy who taught me to load a roll of film….talk about pressure!

I also got a sneak peek of Stacey’s wedding dress!!  Definitely made me even more excited to photograph their wedding…not to mention a ton of my friends will be there so I’ll have lots of assistants running around!  🙂
